I'm new to meditation. Sometimes, try as I might, I realize I've been thinking about work or laundry instead of visualizing the prosperity orb for the last two minutes, lol. Will the meditations still be effective for those of us not great at meditating yet?

It takes practice. It will get more effective as you get your mind more trained. Be patient with yourself. But yes, you will still get plenty of benefit before you become proficient. BB
