I was watching one of your videos that discussed the difference between superstition and magic. I've followed a few of your programs, and your perspective really resonates with me. You have a way of verbalizing things I believe emotionally but don't quite know how to put in words, so thank you. One of the things you talked about was how a spell shouldn't cause harm. I wanted to ask you about how to deal with intrusive thoughts/fears while setting intentions. I try to focus on what my goal is and how I want something to manifest but my mind also comes up with how I don't want it to manifest. But then I worry that the fear thoughts are perhaps projecting more than the intended goal. This can be with money or with healing. An example is if someone is sick and I'm setting an intention for their healing, but my brain also thinks of their illness and my fears of it getting worse. Then I'm worried the fear will manifest. I try to catch the thought and redirect to the positive intention as quickly as possible. Is there a good method for reducing those intrusive thoughts and could they cause harm? Thank you for any guidance you can provide here ❤️

MM @Becca!
Sorry for the delay. I'm behind on my posts. You don't have to worry about intrusive thoughts. You only need to notice them and claim that you don't want to keep them, then allow them to be removed. Then simply focus your mind on the work at hand. Never feel like you have to fight with the thoughts. Leave them alone, state that you do not want to keep them, then focus instead on the thoughts you DO want. BB
