I am a bit heavier than I'd like to be and was curious how others have used magic in their weight loss/healthier eating habits. I have been so inspired by Ariel's quick magic series recently and have been using the "off switch" when harmful negative thoughts (which lead me to eat not great things). I have also been using the knock on wood technique for Sun & self confidence at different times and Venus for keying into love & beauty before I prepare a meal. Do those correspondences seem OK? I'd love some tips!. I also do the Witch's Rosary in the morning just to make the best choices.
