Psalm for a depressed soul

@Ariel Gatoga to connect with the energy/power of the psalm through resonance, it is true you must work deeply and meditatively with it. But if you work directly with the energy, then that’s not really the case. You have to get the attunement to the given psalm energy to come in, but once it has, it produces its respective effects automatically every time you run it down your arms and out your palms. I sent 15 minutes of psalm 126 energy (which clears sorrow and produces joy) to my mother the day before yesterday and it had the same effects on her as it had on me. (She hasn’t even read psalm 126!)

But anyway, I get the sense my comments are not really welcomed by you, Ariel. So I will stop belabouring the point. Good luck with your work and thank you so much for introducing me to the magical aspect of the psalms. For that I will be forever grateful.

Thanks for your direction to the forum, Ariel. i wasn‘t aware of them! I’m really curious why you said the have no special power though. Your and Anna Riva’s work, and the energetic dimension of them that I’ve been exploring and trying to warm you to all show that they have tremendous power! I feel totally different after working with the Psalm 77 energy — absolutely uplifted (whereas before it I was actually feeling pretty crappy). i think the key really is in the intelligent energies that the psalms link to. The book of psalms really is a book of energies. You can connect to these either by resonance, as you do, or directly, by making a mental request to be attuned to the energy of the psalm. Have you experimented with that?

I really the powerful energies the psalms evidently link to is the root reason for their magical efficacy. I certainly noticed the palpable energy of psalm 23 just by resonance (reading it and “feeling something”). But this is the clue that it can be taken to the next step of working with the energy directly. And working with the energy does have instantaneous effect (banishing the blues or whatnot). And thereafter you can invoke it or send it to others even for the same effects without any middle man of reading the text of connecting through resonance. Ive been running all the contractual psalm energies as a set, and now the purification psalm energies as well, daily (and psalm 90 moses’s psalm which I feel like is equally important)(and also psalm 78 for the brow chakra activation it produces). The energies come in as always with no need of reading the text if you work with the attunement methodology. (Just self attunement, mentally or vocally requesting to be attuned to the energy of a given psalm — nothing fancy!) I’d really love to know if you experiment and get similar results.

E psalm energy is distinct and unique, with reproducible manifestation and effects. I would really love someone to compare notes with someone else on the quality and effects of the energies though! Won’t you try, Ariel? I would so love to get your perspective.
