Hi Ariel,
I've established a pretty strong meditation practice but I don't want to be super dogmatic about it. Lately I've been drawn back to playing music (after a serious break) and I feel a bit meditative about it; been working with Michael a bit. I'm just curious if you ever substitute your meditation for playing music (as I know you're quite talented) or if its really important to key into your intuition via pure meditation. I really liked your lecture on using the meditation to key into your guides, but the most important thing is to be present/ask/be intuitive during your waking life so you can grow. I honestly feel pulled towards the piano at certain times during the day and I'm loving the outlet. But I want to keep my intuition/Craft practice strong as well...but as a busy mom there are only so many hours in the day!
Just wondering how you think about this topic. Thank you & Blessed Be.
Playing music is very meditative. I don't think I would call it a substitute for actual meditation. It has its own special benefits. Blessed be.
