Merry meet, @mnane9589! I'm sure others will have some excellent suggestions! I don't what kind of experience you have with magic, but if you know how to work planetary magic, you might want to find the planet that is associated with whatever you feel you lost. Otherwise, you might consider working some Psalm magic. I'd start by doing a full cycle of the 5 contractual Psalms. You can work one Psalm per day for five days.
