One of the old axioms of the Craft tells us that a witch who cannot curse cannot heal. Magic can generally be divided into blessing magic and cursing magic. Even eliminating something from your life is a type of cursing. To curse something means to blast it, obliterate it, or undo it. You are saying "no" to that situation. You deny its power, and you deny its effect on you. Psalmic Curses can be powerful magical agents in the cursing phase of magic.

Claiming your power: I often say there are no witch police, and it’s a vital reminder because the core principle of the Craft is simple: do what you will. Nobody has the authority to dictate your magic, your magical practice, or your journey. You have the freedom to explore and shape your path as you see fit.
