When you look in the mirror, you don't try to fix your hair by touching the reflection. You know the mirror simply reflects what's on your side of the glass. Similarly, it's been said that the physical world is a kind of mirror—a perfect example of reality as a reflection. What our consciousness projects onto this "screen of space" is reflected back to us as our reality, shaped by our thought forms and manifestation.

While some relationships are more difficult than others, dealing with someone's unkindness can leave a lasting impact. Although setting boundaries is a good first step, sometimes you need a different approach to protect yourself from another person's negative energy. This is where freezer spells can help.

One of the old axioms of the Craft tells us that a witch who cannot curse cannot heal. Magic can generally be divided into blessing magic and cursing magic. Even eliminating something from your life is a type of cursing. To curse something means to blast it, obliterate it, or undo it. You are saying "no" to that situation.
